Our cultures are developed in-house — strain-specific, formulated for our substrate and climate. It's where quality starts. Long before a spore enters a POD, the work has already begun.

Each POD holds its own climate — temperature, humidity, CO₂ — set for the variety inside. Batches don't share space. What happens in one doesn't affect another.

Track it.

Sensor data runs continuously through KAANI. Growth patterns, deviations, harvest readiness — all of it visible, all of it logged. The mushroom tells you when it's ready. We just listen.
